Shipping & Returns

Our shipping rates are reviewed regularly and adjusted in line with current royal mail pricing.

Items are shipped using Royal Mail 48-Hours Tracked.

Each order is carefully packed using sustainable and recycled materials where Possible to ensure your products arrive safely.

At present we only ship within the UK. If you are looking to ship outside the UK please get in touch to discuss.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where applicable, tracking details will be included so you can follow your parcel during delivery.

We only accept returns for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please email katiaslocalhoney@gmail.com along with your order no. and a photo of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue promptly. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
