Nestled amongst the wild meadows and woodlands of the Lea Valley, “Katia’s Local Honey” is a sustainable beekeeping practice based in north east London.

This artisanal enterprise prioritises the welfare of the bees and produces a unique high-quality delicious honey reflective of the wide variety of plants available for the bees to forage on.

The location of the bees has been carefully chosen so as not to impact negatively on native bees and other insect populations while at the same time producing a delicious honey.

Harvests are done in small batches to limit the impact on the bees. Every batch is unique.
